Berchem recently taught a course on civil liability at the Milford Police Department Regional Training Facility to 37 police officer recruits following his certification as an instructor by the State of Connecticut Police Officer Standards & Training Council. Attendees of the Academy come from many Departments throughout the State of Connecticut.

Congratulations to Milford’s City Attorney, Jon Berchem, who was named a Good Scout by the Boy Scouts of America’s CT Yankee Council. He, as well as Judy Smith of Orange Hills Country Club, were recognized for their leadership in the community which helps to inspire future generations of young people.
