On April 4th, 2024, Attorney Chris Hodgson presented on the topic of “What is the Right Design for your Community?” to the Government Finance Officers Association of Connecticut, a group of over 400 state and local government finance officers and others. The Association is committed to promoting professionalism and excellence in government financial management by promoting education and networking.
