Herbert Z. Rosen is an Associate in the Milford office of Berchem Moses PC. He is a member of the Education Law Department.
Prior to joining the firm, Herbie clerked for the Honorable Joel M. Cohen of the New York Supreme Court – Commercial Division, and worked at a regional Connecticut firm as a litigation associate. While attending Fordham University School of Law, Herbie worked at the Queens District Attorney’s Office, interned for the Honorable Gerald Lebovits of the New York City Civil Court, and served as the Associate Editor for the Fordham Urban Law Journal.
Before attending law school, Herbie was a social studies teacher with Teach For America in New York City. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies from Brandeis University.
Herbie was recognized by Connecticut Super Lawyers® in 2023 as a Rising Star in the field of Education Law. Each year, no more than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state are selected by Super Lawyers to receive this honor.
